I was on Eagle Street faced in the South direction and as I was sitting there at the stop-sign, out of nowhere, I looked to my left and I seen a car careening towards my vehicle all I could do is brace for the impact. I remember waking up in the hospital and hour or so later. What stood out the most was the strong stance that the firm [Bachus & Schanker] took on my behalf. They let me know that by no means would they submit to proposals of giving me a settlement that didn’t really meet my needs or what I wanted.
